FAQ
-
Enter your dates, pick your home, and checkout takes a few minutes. Your guest portal with check-in details follows by email.
-
Yes. Same home, same terms, no platform fee — the price at checkout is already our lowest.
-
The calendar on each listing is live and is the only accurate answer. First come, first served.
-
Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 10 AM. Self check-in — your entry details arrive in your guest portal before you arrive, so there's no key handoff and no waiting.
-
Late checkout is easy: your guest portal lets you add an extra hour or two right up to three hours before checkout, priced by the home. Early check-in depends on whether the room was occupied the night before — ask through the portal once you've booked and we'll tell you straight away, usually within minutes.
-
Your bedroom, with a lock. In most rooms the bathroom and kitchen are shared; the Luxury Suite in San Mateo has its own bathroom. Each listing says which.
-
Other guests like you — professionals on contract, visiting families — each in their own room. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; no walk-in visitors.
-
Fast Wi-Fi everywhere. Most rooms have a dedicated desk; the photos show which.
-
Each listing states it. Most have free on-site or street parking; a few have limits — check before booking if you're bringing a car.
-
Some homes welcome pets with a pet fee; the listing says which. Tell us before booking so we can prepare.
-
Yes — many of our guests stay long-term. A starter kit is waiting at check-in; after that you refill your own day-to-day items, as with any monthly stay. Furniture, utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
-
Linens are fresh at check-in. In some homes the shared areas are cleaned weekly — your listing says if yours is one. A clean of your own room with fresh linens can be added through the guest portal for an extra fee.
-
Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM, no parties, no smoking indoors, and treat shared spaces the way you'd like to find them.
-
To protect guests already staying, we don't do tours. The photos are accurate and the reviews are real; if you'd like to try a home, book a short stay.
-
Fair question. The same rooms, same photos, are on Airbnb under our Superhost profile — search the name and compare. Every email we send comes from our own domain, and the calendars here mirror Airbnb's because it's the same home, run by the same team.
