Ryan Park and lagoon. 10-15 min drive to major tech companies. Close to all major commute routes such as Highway 82/101. You have full access to all facilities in the kitchen to prepare food, including premium brand kitchen appliances, dedicated workspace, smart lock & thermostat available. We pay special attention to the cleanliness so you can enjoy. Great for short stays, pleasure, business trip and apartment hunt. Please read all the info carefully before booking. There is a smart lock on the front door which the guest will use to enter the house. There is also a digital lock on each room. The bathroom is shared with up to 3 other guests. We kindly ask all guests to clean up after themselves, especially in shared spaces. Please ensure no dirty kitchenware or leftovers are left in the sink or on countertops. Maintaining cleanliness is essential for everyone’s comfort. Please be considerate of other guests in the house. To ensure a restful night for all, kindly avoid using common areas after 10 PM. Quiet hour is between 10 PM to 8 am. If you experience any issues during your stay, please let us know right away. We’re happy to address them promptly. This is a strictly no-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 penalty. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance, and approval is subject to availability based on upcoming reservations. If a late check-out is not pre-approved, an additional fee of $50 will be charged for every 30-minute violation beyond the check-out time. Services: Trash from shared bathrooms and the kitchen will be collected and liners replaced every Thursday. Garbage bins will also be moved out on Thursdays and retrieved on Fridays by our cleaner. Common areas are cleaned after each guest check-out. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Landscape is serviced bi-weekly.
